Description
Please describe the issue and what steps we can take to reproduce it:
System Sans font for Kannada script in both Mac OS and iOS is "Noto Sans Kannada"

Where as
System Serif font for Kannada script in Mac OS is "Kannada MN"
System Serif font for Kannada script in iOS is "Noto Sans Kannada"


Kannada MN has multiple issues with features. They are reported and not fixed. 
Mac OS is licensing "Noto Serif Kannada".
I suggest, please use "Noto Serif Kannada" as the system serif font or fallback font for serif Kannada in macOS and iOS also.
