Running iPadOS 15.5 (19F5057e) 
comparing with Safari TP 143 on macOS 12.3.1 (21E258)

When I try to load a .reality scene with MIME type "model/vnd.reality" instead of a .usdz,
I get an ARQL icon with a Close-x on both platforms.

The difference is:
the icon is centered to `<model>` on macOS,
but placed top/left corner on mobile Safari.
