It would be helpful if the update-angle script were revised to generate ChangeLogs in the format Kyle generated by hand in one of the recent ANGLE rolls:

Roll ANGLE to Feb 18 2022 (78c64dd74ee5)

I forgot to do this in my most recent modification to the script. Filing this bug so it doesn't get lost.
