Converted from a codepen.io test case:

// Just use your mouse wheel and it'll scroll at a steady pace. In Safari, as long as it's

You MUST open this in debug mode so that it's not in an iframe!

I cannot reproduce this in iOS 15.4

I was seeing it in Safari 15.3 on Mac OS
