Since this is effecting EWS I have gone ahead and marked test expectations here:

I was also able to reproduce the failure at iOS15 Debug ToT using the following test:

run-webkit-tests --iOS-simulator editing/deleting/insert-in-orphaned-selection-crash.html

Looks like this started with r291587, which fixed the test on some platforms, but made it fail on iOS.
