Created attachment 455169 [details] Test case showing the problem Test case shows the problem, nothing should be rendered but the dialog is still visible. Chrome and Firefox do not render the dialog.

It seems like this is according to spec so I will close for now (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=235369).
