We need a shared API that allows programs to automatically create new bugs/issues. Creating an API that works with 3 different bug trackers is a bit difficult, and we will need to prompt the user for certain bug details depending on their bug tracker because our 3 bug trackers have different conceptions of "component" and "version" (if they have such a conception at all.
