Safari no reaction. Hi, I'm from Taiwan, my English is not very well, I am also not a developer, I used MacBook for almost 10 years and I have just from Intel MacBook change to a new Macbook Pro M1 Pro 16', RAM 16GB recently. I love using safari, but I have found that Safari in M1 Pro will use a lot of RAM and it will have no reaction sometimes even I refresh the page it still appears the same problem. The problem did not appears on my Intel Macbook Pro before. I have a record, please see the attached video. I hope it can solve the problem. Best regards, Humphrey

Thank you for the report! Unfortunately, we will need more information about what is happening to take an action on this. The best next step would be to report this to Apple with a sysdiagnose via
https://feedbackassistant.apple.com
. Please see
https://developer.apple.com/services-account/download?path=/OS_X/OS_X_Logs/sysdiagnose_Logging_Instructions.pdf
for instructions on getting a sysdiagnose.
