We recently updated some bots to macOS 11.1. On the EWS build page, configuration step is showing Unknown for the OS for 11.1 e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/44/builds/10166

It should ignore the dot release portion and display the OS name based on the major version of OS.
