Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On a phone, go to https://donsuhr.github.io/bugs/webkit-text-size-adjust
2. Change orientation to landscape
3. Notice that all font sizes increase
4. Change orientation to portrait
5. Notice that the body font returns to start font size, the fixed position footer does not

What is the expected behavior?
Both the body text and the fixed position text should return to the starting font size

Presents when more than one element is in the fixed container, in this case an <em>. It could also be two <p>'s, or a <span> with a <br />.
