WebKitFaviconDatabase exists outside WebKitWebsiteDataManager and can only be cleared using webkit_favicon_database_clear(). That means there's no way to hook it up to the Clear Data dialog in Epiphany. So if you try to clear all website data, that should erase any evidence that you ever visited a website from your disk, but that will fail for any website that has favicons.
