Created attachment 409102 [details]
Bad reading of list item, where "one" is repeated over and over

STR:
 1. Visit any site with ol > li, e.g., https://www.w3.org/TR/payment-request/#constructor
 2. Select one or more list items (not the preceding paragraph - see attachment).
 3. Select OS key combination for text-to-speech.

Expected:
the line should be read as written/presented.

Actual:
The word "one" is constantly repeated throughout the spoken text. This happens with every list item.
