Send EWS email notifications to myself so that I can monitor them. In case anyone reports any unexpected issue with these emails, having the emails would also help me in fixing that.

Is this intended to be permanent?

I only ask because this seems like the sort of thing we will forget about, since it's not in a configuration file.
