fast/overflow/horizontal-scroll-after-back.html

Test is a flaky timeout according to history on macOS wk1. First occurrence of a timeout is at r254482. Test was looked at https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=211473 and https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=211515 but test timeout occurred after r261236 at r262309 and has been flaky since.
