It's looking for the binary in the wrong directory:

$ WEBKIT_JHBUILD=1 Tools/Scripts/run-minibrowser --wpe
/home/sergio/checkout/WebKit/WebKitBuild/bin/MiniBrowser not found... Did you run build-webkit?
