In GTK there isn't GTK_WINDOW_POPUP and we can't create GdkEvents, so we need to use toplevel windows everywhere and use the new internal api to synthesize events.

Thanks for the patch. If this patch contains new public API please make sure it follows the guidelines for new WebKit2 GTK+ API. See http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WebKitGTK/AddingNewWebKit2API
