JSC mips tests are exiting with non-zero exit code. Due to this they don't even create the jsc_results.json output. e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/25/builds/19958/steps/9/logs/stdio

I have made a few fixes to the boards available to the EWS since some of the boards halted and hopefully the next few builds will be better.
