I kind of wish the TBDs were pared down to just the symbols we use, but I guess that is hard.

I did that in some cases, (PepperUICore, for example). Many of these are actually just copied from iOS. I can give a shot at reducing what we have after we get watchOS and tvOS working. Looking through this patch, it seems like it's really just FileProvider.framework that we have a problem with.
