test case Open the attached test case. A similar test case can be found in
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/radial-gradient
. Results: There are gray areas when transitioning to or from the transparent color. Compare reddening the test case in other browsers with WebKit.

Maybe.
bug 150940
and

are about linear gradient with transparent colors. But this bug is about radial gradient.

I am not able to reproduce this bug in Safari 16.3, WebKit ToT (
261811@main
) and it is matched with Chrome Canary 113 and Firefox Nightly 113 and does not have any grey areas to or from the transparent color. Marking this as “RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED”. Please reopen, if this is reproducible. Thanks!
