Filing on behalf of RD. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Inc. Repro: 1. VO-Command-H to table of contents 2. VO-Right to any link. 3. Activate with VO-Space. Actual Results: VO speaks nothing while the view scrolls. Expected Results: VO needs to follow focus to the anchored element and speak it.
