The fast/attachment/attachment-respects-css-size.html reftest is failing since being enabled on WPE. The test is compared against a mismatch-reftest, but the mismatch doesn't happen.

The root cause of this is the same as bug 141699: that the attachment element is not enabled on GLIB.
