After enabling MathML layout tests, the following set of tests is failing: via ImageOnlyFailure: - mathml/opentype/large-operators-displaystyle-dynamic.html - mathml/presentation/href-enter.html - mathml/presentation/href-style.html - mathml/presentation/multiscripts-equivalence.html via text-based Failure: - imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/mathml/presentation-markup/tables/table-002.html These are grouped in the same bug for convenience. They can be split out into separate bugs later if necessary.

Add attachment proposed patch, testcase, etc.

Passing consistently since early 2021 in GTK and May-2021 in WPE imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/mathml/relations/css-styling/lengths-2.html
