fast/scrolling/mac/scrollbars/overlay-scrollbar-reveal.html

This test is a flaky timeout on Mac debug. history shows this timing out mostly on Mojave

This issue is still occurring, and this test is timing out also: fast/scrolling/mac/scrollbars/select-overlay-scrollbar-reveal.html
