Test case

In some cases, accessibility object for <blockquote> is unintentionally ignored.

If <blockquote> is a leaf node, it's unignored (it is ok).

<blockquote>
This is quoted text and blockquote is not ignored.
</blockquote>

However, when <blockquote> isn't a leaf node, it's ignored.

<blockquote>
<p>This is quoted paragraph and blockquote is ignored.</p>
</blockquote>

Since <blockquote> can contain (almost) arbitrary content, it should not be ignored.
