Steps to reproduce bug

Context menu is not displayed after click on contenteditable empty element without zoom on iPadIOS tablets.

1.Visit https://online.saby.ru
2.Get demo-profile(see video)
3.Create new message(see video)
4.Try to touch contenteditable element to get context menu

Remark: If you zoom page, context menu will be shown correctly(see video).
