1. Turn on latest stable Safari or Chrome
2. Turn on VoiceOver (latest Catalina)
3. Navigate to https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.4/components/collapse/
4. Tab onto one of the example buttons that have an aria-expanded set
5. Expanded state is not read by VoiceOver

This nicely works on Linux with Orca and on Windows with NVDA.
