The test started to report timeouts intermittently after r259345 (Bump libwebrtc to M82)

This is going to crash with the initial gstwebrtc backend. The data-channel support there will need some work, most tests crash or fail there. Skipping for now. See also https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=235885
