Encountered when using react-gatsby:

Created a pen to demonstrate using vanilla javascript:

When pasting on an input element, chrome and firefox fires the onpaste event. However on webkit, the onkeypress is fired first, then onpaste. I'm not sure if there is a standard, or what the standard should be. I would just like to point out that there is a difference in behavior.
