jscore-tests and 253 layout test failures occurring on windows After this build: https://build.webkit.org/builders/Apple%20Win%2010%20Release%20%28Tests%29/builds/4895 Many layout tests began failing and the score tests are not functioning.

jscore-tests have actually been failing for a while, so this is unrelated.
