webrtc/video-autoplay.html is flaky failure 

Failure is happening on macOS wk2 

Test has been failing for all visible history

I was not able to reproduce with running test lists or with iteration runs

I am splitting the test in individual files in bug 207252.
This will probably make video-autoplay.html no longer flaky but new test files might be flaky.
