webgl/2.0.0/conformance2/reading/read-pixels-pack-parameters.html is failing consistently on iOS.

This test was marked failing on HighSierra+ in https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/254148/webkit. Seems like TestExpectation for iOS also needs to be updated.
