There has been an inconsistency in behavior from different browser engines regarding the text decoration rendering. This bug is created to follow up the conversation from the CSS Working Group in order to update WebKit's rendering behavior on this topic, if necessary.

Last update I've seen is that all the text decoration-related specs were moved to a specific page:

Rather than use this bug, we'd prefer to target WPT that illustrate the correct behavior.
