Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Epiphany and navigate to http://live.gnome.org/Orca
2. Resize the browser window so that the text under "About Orca" wraps as follows:
Orca is a free, open source, flexible, and extensible screen reader
that provides access to the graphical desktop via user-customizable
combinations of speech, braille, and magnification.
3. Position the cursor at the beginning of "About Orca"
4. Try to down arrow past the line that begins with "that provides"
Expected results: You could down arrow past the line in step 4 and continue moving.
Actual results: You cannot down arrow past the line in step 4 without moving the caret elsewhere.

Related aside: I know this is not an Accessibility bug per se. But I forget the component and am about to board a plane. ;)

Been off the plane for a while now. ;) Still cannot find the "perfect" component. But Martin suggested it might be HTML Editing, so I'm trying there. Apologies if it's not the right one.
