Sharing tests between UAs has become a recurring theme in TPAC 2011. Since we already support basic ref tests, we should add a support for W3C-style ref tests (expected result file is specified by link element). In fact, we should probably convert the existing tests to match W3C style so that we can upstream those tests easily in the future.
