HTML5 draft spec says implementation shall support quality parameter in canvas.toDataURL(type, quality, ...) when the type is image/jpeg. Support for this is needed by Win

Did this get handled in the patches for jpeg support in windows via Chromium? It was only recently that toDataURL jpeg was supported in Windows WebKit -- at least, the Chromium builds.
