Rather than expecting each application using WebKit to implement support for keyboard toggle-able caret navigation (e.g. with F7), it would be ideal if WebKit does the implementation. Xan indicated that he'd prefer I not track this bug by 25531. Yet, it is still an important bug for Orca users wishing to access apps which use WebKit. Therefore, I'm adding it to bug 30796.
