Created attachment 474716 [details] An image that failed to load. The alt text is missing, and only a "missing image" icon is visible. Safari hides alt text if overflows when presented on a single line. There are no other styling hooks available, making the alt text usually hidden and useless for sighted users when the image fails to load. Demo: https://codepen.io/chriskirknielsen/pen/QwWBxoM Currently only Firefox allows full styling of alt text.
