The WPT test scroll-animations/scroll-timelines/scroll-timeline-invalidation.html has one failure: FAIL If scroll animation resizes its scroll timeline scroller, layout reruns once per frame. assert_approx_equals: expected 28.42105263157895 +/- 0.1 but got 60.000003814697266
