This bug originates from splitting the current patch for bug230615 into smaller pieces. Implement support for the webSocketUrl capability in WebDriver, allowing clients to request a BiDi session in parallel with the classic session. The update includes parsing and processing the capability, explicitly handling unsupported BiDi sessions during capability negotiation.
