Using the shortcut Ctrl + : to insert emoticons does not work in epiphany
You have to manually copy and paste emoticons from gnome-characters
- Epiphany v46 & v47.alpah
- WebKitGTK v2.44.2 & v2.45.4
- Debian unstable & flatpak
