While this is currently not overly useful (because `--reset-results/--new-baseline` with RWT itself will effectively do this), as we add support for updating things in TestExpectations (most obviously ImageOnlyFailure) in bug 186359, this becomes more valuable. Even without this, it would be useful to be able to update-test-expectations without having to rerun RWT and all the tests. Arguably we should add the ability to update TestExpectations in an identical way from RWT, similar to what we currently do with baselines.
