When applying styling on letter in Arabic letters they should like this image: https://i.stack.imgur.com/LcF6e.png But now they appears broken like the image: https://i.stack.imgur.com/4WAwT.png This issue was fixed with latest LayoutNG as found here: https://www.chromium.org/blink/layoutng/ But the issue is with WebKit text rendering

Since 2005 and no fix. Any reason why?
