The test is a constant timeout on iOS ToT, and since 256042@main.
This issue can be bisected to 256042@main using the command:
run-webkit-tests --debug --iterations=1 --ios-simulator accessibility/visible-character-range-scrolling.html

I guess this is kind of a "progression" since before 256042@main the test was consistently crashing, but still not great that it times out.
