Description Brent Fulgham 2023-01-26 16:28:30 PST

The following feature flags were improperly set as 'internal', rather than 'embedder':

1. AVFoundationEnabled
2. PaginateDuringLayoutEnabled
3. ScrollAnimatorEnabled
4. ScrollToTextFragmentIndicatorEnabled

This patch returns them to their correct state.
