The following 3 fast/text/international tests have expectations but have not had any constant failures for quite some time:

fast/text/international/hebrew-vowels.html 
fast/text/international/text-combine-image-test.html
fast/text/international/vertical-text-glyph-test.html

It looks like there are expectations set for these tests that are no longer necessary and should be removed.
