Hi Team, While going through Blink's commit, I came across another potential merge, where they noticed performance telemetry improvement on Image heavy test case: Blink Commit - https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/26cbbcec029d1c1984f7e974d69d219ead67924e ^ Unfortunately there is no test case. Thanks!
