I created a CSS animation via keyframes that is supposed to change the text color but it does not work since I upgraded to Ventura. The browser will re-paint when selecting the text with your mouse. How to reproduce: visit https://codepen.io/sylvhama/pen/zYLpyJd, compare with others browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. On Safari the color does not update. I could reproduce on Safari 16.2 and Webkit 259167@main (ventura).

This is behaving the same way for me in Safari Technology Preview 161, Chrome 109.0.5414.87 and Firefox 109.0. Could you check with STP 161 to tell me whether the issue persists for you?

Curious about the reported failure with 259167@main, which is from just a few hours ago. I tried and did not see this error with 259168@main, which should be functionally identical I reckon.

Can you specify which version of macOS you are using, and also which Mac model? Is the screen recording made with Safari Technology Preview 161?

Sorry for late reply, I confirm that latest Ventura update has fixed the issue.
