In Mac WK1, the test6 of LayoutTests/imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/resize-observer/notify.html is fail, because updaterendering is not triggered properly.
The resizeobserver notify is based on updaterendering, if it is not triggered, then there is no notify, which cause a timeout failure.
