I got a backtrace and found the web process is just polling, so it's waiting around doing nothing and doesn't appear to be deadlocked or looping... it's just got nothing to do for unknown reasons. This will require closer investigation. There's no hang, you an see that the mouse pointer changes when hovering elements, and they change after scrolling, the problem seems to be that for some reason we stop rendering updates, so we keep rendering the same thing all the time.
