Per the CSS WG resolution:

`:has()` should be unforgiving now.

It has already been fixed in Chrome:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1399744

Firefox hasn't implemented `:has()` yet.

These bugs are unrelated, this is about parsing, the other ones are about style matching/invalidation
